From JAPAN- Russia says their military aircraft returning Ukrainian prisoners of war was shot down by Ukraine. An update on the January first earthquake in central Japan. The head of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons urged Japan to participate in their meetings. The Taiwan President-elect met with US politicians, angering China.
From CUBA- A United Nations expert warned about the danger of the UK crackdown on environmental activists.
